Additional information: Various tests and paid demonstrations have been completed in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany and Europe with the portable system. It has been used by companies like Burns & McDonnell, Babcock Services, Ontario Power Generation and FERCo.

Portable equipment is in use in the USA since early 2004 in cooperation with a pf mass flow optimization company. They used it for coal flow testing at the following plants: Public Service of New Mexico/San Juan; Reliant/Avon; Allegheny/Harrison; Allegheny/Pleasants; First Energy/Sammis; Detroit Edison/Harbor Beach; TXU/Monticello; EPCOR/Genesee; MidAmerican/Council Bluffs; Consumers Energy/Campbell; Consumers Energy/Karn; TransAlta/Poplar Creek.

Participation in the EPRI coal flow Loop´(fall of 2004)
